Community Ministries

Granby Congregational Church gives back to Granby.

We are committed to building strong relationships within the community by supporting important and vibrant organizations and groups whenever we can. Many of them use our campus facilities free of charge or have access to our grounds when needed. Some of these wider ministries are:

Al-anon / Alcoholics AnonymousSupport groups helping those who struggle with addiction or are affected by addiction.

American Red Cross — Monthly blood drives.

Boy Scouts Pack 325 — Preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime.

Granby Racial ReconciliationClergy and community leaders helping with racial reconciliation in Granby.

Granby 4H — Giving all young people access to opportunity.

Guiding Eyes for the Blind — Providing guide dogs to people with vision loss.

Marquis of Granby Drum Corps — Adding music and pageantry to community events.

Salmon Brook Music Series — Bringing talented musicians to town for live performances.

Valley Pre-School — Igniting children’s imaginations since 1949.

Waste Not Want Not — A free weekly community dinner open to anyone in need.
